Velmont Lettings confirms the service scope, pricing, property requirements and marketing arrangements
Property information, photographs and required details are reviewed before marketing.
Prospective tenant enquiries are received and organised.
Viewing requests are coordinated with the landlord, current occupier or nominated local representative.
Interested tenants provide the required application information through the agreed process.
Offers and relevant information are communicated between the landlord and prospective tenant.
Once the pre-tenancy process is completed, the landlord assumes responsibility for ongoing rent collection and property management.
